R-kioski, a prominent convenience retailer in Finland, has released a brand new loyalty app promoting stamp cards, rewards and more. Earlier this year R-kioski began offering digital coupons for B2B customers to reward clients, customers, employees and more. R-kioski has nearly 350 stores and is part of the expansive Reitan Retail in the Nordic and Baltic regions.
R-kioski is part of the Reitan Retail which has a network of more than 2,000 stores across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. R-kioski is a retail chain with nationwide coverage typically at high-traffic locations such as metros, train stations, airports and at shopping malls, but also in smaller cities. The convenience stores provide coffee, bakery, freshly made sandwiches and wraps, hot dogs, yogurts, bars and nuts, cold beverage, ice-cream and much more.
Due to the highly varying margins within convenience, R-kioski has opted for a product oriented customer program to have full margin control. In such programs, the stamp cards are the primary value drivers for the retailer. Customers that use the app benefit from a wide range of offers, games and exciting content that engages, promotes and rewards, in addition to the stamp cards.
Recruiting is primarily done in store and in app using our recruit-a-friend concept. A free coffee is the reward for recruiting a friend. Coffee is an important category for R-kioski and at every purchase of coffee the customer can rate the coffee. After 10 ratings the customer will receive a free coffee. In the store finder customers can see the number of ratings and average ratings every store has sorted by nearest store.
