Mats is the CEO, and his background includes Circle K and Accenture. His expertise is in all things convenience retail. He lives in Oslo and is a subscriber where a subscription is available. As Head of the Family, he has multiple family subscriptions, and his favorite one is for the local ski-and bike-resorts that gives unlimited access year-round. He is an old basketball champ and still practices his moves and jump-shot, fearing his sons will soon beat him 1:1.
José is the Head of Chief Customer Officer and his background includes management consulting and IT implementation in the energy sector. He is based in Málaga but has lived in different places such as Madrid and Munich and has participated in projects in more than 15 countries. In his freetime he plays football, basketball, practices paddle surfing and dance salsa. He is passionate about technology, music and wine. With a positive and a can do attitude, he will strive to find an innovative solution to maximize value for customers as well as deliver what he promised.
