Valora has chosen Liquid Barcodes´ technology to power their k kiosk loyalty app and to also use SMS and paper coupons with unique codes for k kiosk which are integrated with their point of sale system.
Two main value propositions for customers that the k kiosk app has are attractive stamp cards and points rewards on products such as coffee (Valora’s own brand Caffè Spettacolo as well as Starbucks), ok.– energy drinks, Coca-Cola, water, ice-cream, and bakery.
Users also earn points that can be redeemed for many products. The app offers a wide product variety which feels very flexible.
Furthermore, customers who download the app are given sign-up reward, birthday reward, and even rewards for recruiting their friends to the app. Once their friends also use the k kiosk app, it offers the chance to share deals between users app-to-app. Rewards can easily be shared. On top of this Valora has created a unique k kiosk share & care concept to promote offers that app users cannot use themselves, but which they can give their friends. This way they facilitate a community between app users.
“gönn dir was” is k kiosk´s tagline (“treat yourself”). The app is built around the k kiosk tagline and a Robin Good character was created to help communicate the essence of the program: the app is not just about collecting stamps or redeeming coupons – it´s also about sharing treats with your friends.
To engage with their k kiosk app users even more, Valora regularly uses game concepts such as Chicken, Hurry, and Scratch cards.
k kiosk´s POS software GK is integrated into our system using only existing hardware in store. Stamps and offers – from app, SMS, and paper, are registered by scanning unique codes at the POS.
Since Switzerland has several official languages the communication on the campaign graphics are either in German or French, based on the language settings of the consumers. All campaigns are set up using our dashboard.
