avec and k kiosk Celebrate With Customers
Kicking off the celebration the week of June 10th, k kiosk and avec customers can play games and win prizes using their respective loyalty mobile apps. Users can play a game (Mo-Fr) thrice daily and earn the chance to win a prize (a free product) or a stamp.
This stamp will be associated with a special birthday campaign loyalty card and at the end of the week, they can win the associated coupon after collecting the 5 stamps. Users will have three days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) to redeem the coupon.
Each of the following ten weeks, there will be a new game, new opportunities to win and more stamps to keep fans coming back for more!
The avec, k kiosk, and ok.- Instagram channels and websites (www.okpunktstrich.ch, www.kkiosk.ch, www.avec.ch) will promote the campaigns in addition to in-store signage.
Celebrate the Creation of Customer Loyalty at k kiosk and avec
When it launched in 2017, the k kiosk app focused on two key consumer benefits: regular discount coupons and a digital stamp card to track coffee purchases. These simple benefits were also supplemented by a number of gamification campaigns that continually drive engagement. In 2019, k kiosk launched a new points feature.
In April 2022, avec debuted the “avec Bonus” loyalty app to reward customers. The “avec Bonus” program offers customers the opportunity to earn points, stamps, and coupons as well as play games and claim rewards from the avec app reward shop.
Both customer loyalty apps have been very successful with thousands of downloads in their respective markets. They have a lot to celebrate!
The k kiosk Customer Loyalty Mobile App
Valora partnered with Liquid Barcodes´ technology to power their k kiosk loyalty app and to also use SMS and paper coupons with unique codes for k kiosk that are integrated with their point of sale system.
Two main value propositions for customers that the k kiosk app has are attractive stamp cards and points rewards on products such as coffee (Valora’s own brand Caffè Spettacolo as well as Starbucks), ok.– energy drinks, Coca-Cola, water, ice-cream, and bakery.
Customers who download the app are given sign-up rewards, birthday rewards, and even rewards for recruiting their friends to the app. Once their friends also use the k kiosk app, it offers the chance to share deals between users app-to-app. Rewards can easily be shared between friends.
“gönn dir was” is k kiosk´s tagline (“treat yourself”). The app is built around the k kiosk tagline and a Robin Good character was created to help communicate the essence of the program: the app is not just about collecting stamps or redeeming coupons – it´s also about sharing treats with your friends.
To engage with their k kiosk app users even more, k kiosk regularly uses game concepts such as slot machine, Chicken, Hurry, and Scratch cards.
The avec Bonus Customer Loyalty App
Liquid Barcodes also has the pleasure of facilitating the “avec Bonus” app. Members earn one point per 1 CHF (Swiss Franc) spent and points are valid for 2 full years. avec focuses on key products such as their exclusive Ok.- energy drinks.
Customers earn one stamp for every specific product they buy, and then enjoy one drink free for every six purchased. Coupons are also offered in partnership with suppliers which members use by simply scanning their phone. The app includes a selection of games that avec customers can play to win. Once they earn points, members can claim their rewards in the app reward shop.
