Han-Dee Hugo’s Jeep giveaway attracts 20,000 new loyalty members during summer campaign.
Han-Dee Hugo’s, a division of Sampson-Bladen Oil Company based in Clinton, NC, surprised themselves with a larger-than-expected following for its summer 2024 Jeep Wrangler giveaway for loyalty mobile app users.
In June, Han-Dee Hugo’s debuted its new loyalty mobile app, collaborating with many industry CPG partners for a promotion with a grand prize. To enter, customers joined the Han-Dee Hugo’s Craziez Rewards program and purchased select products such as Pepsi, Coke, Monster, Red Bull, Hershey, Mars, and many others.
Han-Dee Hugo’s Jeep Promotion Attracts Thousands of New Members
Throughout the summer, thousands of customers submitted entries. The final grand prize drawing takes place on September 18th with one lucky winner driving home in a 2024 Jeep Wrangler.
The promotion ran from June to September. During that time, 20,000 members joined by downloading the app. More than 68,000 entries were received for the Jeep giveaway. Members can collect stamps for several products and Monster, Pepsi, frozen fountain, and coffee clubs were the most popular items with more than 10,000 each.
Customers are Crazy for Craziez Rewards
The new Han-Dee Hugo’s mobile app, developed in collaboration with Rovertown, offers customers a robust loyalty program including digital stamp cards, a store locator map, sign-up rewards, friend referral bonuses, perks for birthdays, games, and more.
Han-Dee Hugo’s operates on Verifone’s point-of-sale system which ensures seamless integration thanks to Liquid Barcode’s recent Verifone loyalty integration certification.
Additionally, the back-end application integrates with product scan data to ensure age-restricted products are accurately and appropriately marketed with a reporting loop to the respective organizations.
