Liquid Barcodes ensures smooth integration with Verifone and Gilbarco Veeder-Root POS systems, enhancing convenience retail experiences.
Liquid Barcodes proudly announced its certification as a loyalty partner with both Verifone and Gilbarco Veeder-Root, two prominent point-of-sale (POS) companies, allowing for easy integration within systems.
This certification enables Liquid Barcodes’ programs to seamlessly integrate into existing POS solutions for customers of both Verifone and Gilbarco Veeder-Root. Retailers can activate this functionality by collaborating with Liquid Barcodes to develop personalized mobile apps and integrate loyalty or subscription programs into existing apps through a plug-and-play API.
These certifications signify an expansion of Liquid Barcodes’ partnerships with Verifone and Gilbarco Veeder-Root, including approval to use POS terminals with all of Liquid Barcodes’ loyalty, subscription, and payment programs.
Of the 150,000+ convenience stores in the United States, two-thirds have either Verifone or Gilbarco Veeder-Root POS or commerce technologies. The ability to integrate seamlessly with that many operators places Liquid Barcodes as one of the most compatible solution providers in the U.S.
“We are really excited about these partnerships with Verifone and Gilbarco Veeder-Root as they allow for greater synergy between applications to deliver truly seamless experiences for both retailers and end consumers. I am confident that many retailers using Verifone and Gilbarco Veeder-Root would like to take advantage of this fully integrated app solution,” suggests Saurabh Swarup, General Manager, North America for Liquid Barcodes Inc.
Several U.S. customers of Liquid Barcodes have recently deployed new mobile apps predicated on the assurance of easy integration into existing systems, such as Smith Oil Company. Liquid Barcodes team members will be present at several upcoming U.S. and global industry events and would be pleased to share how easy integration can be thanks to these strategic partnerships.
Smith Oil Company Integration with Verifone
Smith Oil Company, headquartered in New Cumberland, WV, operates twelve retail locations serving the Ohio Valley in both Ohio and West Virginia.
Smith Oil Company relies on Verifone’s cloud-based POS system and site management software solutions and discovered the easy integration of the Liquid Barcodes loyalty and fuel pay solutions while attending the 2022 NACS Show. A demonstration of the Liquid Barcodes fuel pay solution encouraged Smith Oil Company to move quickly to offer their customers the utmost convenience technology.
Liquid Barcodes developed the fuel pay application on its new state-of-the-art platform supported by C-Store Pay technology. The fuel pay program allows consumers to conveniently drive in, swipe to choose the fuel pump number in the app, link their bank account on the first visit, and fuel up and go.
After a successful rollout of the fuel pay program, Smith Oil Company expanded the popular app to include a robust loyalty program.
The addition of digital stamp cards allows customers to earn a free item after purchasing a certain number of identical items. Today, customers can collect digital stamps for Monster energy drinks, coffee, cappuccino, fountain drinks, and milk gallons. Smith Oil is working with other popular CPG companies to offer even more items in the digital stamp program.
