How can I check if a member is included in a user group?

You can check this in two ways, both in the Dashboard. Sign in at dashboard.us.liquidbarcodes.com.

For one member: Member support

  1. Use the search bar at the top of the Dashboard to find the member by phone number or email.
  2. Open the member's card in Member support.
  3. Look at the Member groups field. It lists every group the member currently belongs to, including groups that are hidden from the member in the app.

For many members: the Members report

  1. Go to Reports, select the Members filter, and open the Members report to download it.
  2. Check the MemberUserGroups column. It lists the user groups each member belongs to.

By default, the report doesn't include members' phone numbers or emails. If you need them, contact Liquid Barcodes support to set up access to the encrypted version of the report. See Members report for every column in the report.

Note: A member must be registered before they can be added to a group. If you add members by uploading a CSV file, anyone not registered yet is skipped.
