Exprezo, a chain of 37 convenience stores in South Florida, embraces its tagline, “Uniquely Convenient,” throughout the customer experience. Exprezo recently launched its Exprezo Rewards app and has enjoyed a very high download and usage rate.

Already in Miami for the 2026 NACS Leadership Forum, retailers joined the Liquid Barcodes team for the half-day store visit.
The loyalty platform, developed by Liquid Barcodes, integrates rewards, digital coupons, ordering, and regulated category discounts into a single app.

Retailers were most impressed with Exprezo’s open design and fresh food options. They were also excited to experience Exprezo's blending of loyalty and tech.
Many remarked on the value of seeing a live loyalty demo in action and how Exprezo’s model could inform their own engagement plans for the future.

Loyalty in Action: Members earn points and stamps for purchases across categories like beverages, fountain drinks and in-store items, redeemable for rewards like free coffee, cash back, and more.
Digital Coupons & Personalization: App-based coupons allow instant redemption and tailored offers that reflect shopper behavior.
Order Ahead & Delivery: Through an integration with Vroom Delivery, customers can order for pickup or delivery, enhancing convenience and driving sales velocity.
Gamification Features: Interactive games within the app give customers fun ways to earn additional perks and keep them coming back.
Tobacco Discounts: With Altria P+ certification, customers can receive tobacco discounts and order tobacco products online once their age is verified.
