The program is strongly supported by the Liquid Barcodes Customer Success team, which works with Buy2 on program launch, campaign planning, and ongoing development. This support helps ensure the loyalty program remains active and relevant as customer engagement grows over time.
Points and Rewards: Customers can earn 20 coins (points) for every $1 spent.
Games: Interactive loyalty mechanics such as challenges or reward milestones can be introduced to encourage customers to participate regularly.
Order Ahead & Delivery: The app supports ahead-of-time ordering for quick pickup and delivery through integrated partner Vroom Delivery (where available), enhancing convenience and driving additional sales.
